Consultation, design, and a clean, efficient build
Our process starts with a discovery call and on-site assessment to document goals, measurements, and existing conditions. We present concepts, 3D visuals as needed, and a detailed proposal covering labor, materials, allowances, and permits, then finalize a fixed-scope agreement with a clear payment schedule.
During construction, we hold a pre-start walkthrough, protect floors and furnishings, and coordinate demolition, rough-ins, inspections, and finish work with minimal disruption. You’ll receive a written timeline, milestone updates, and final quality checks, including a punch list walkthrough and workmanship warranty.
Kitchens, bathrooms, and interior updates
Kitchens: layout optimization, wall reconfiguration, custom or semi-custom cabinetry, quartz or natural stone countertops, tile backsplashes, durable flooring, task and ambient lighting, and ventilation. We upgrade plumbing lines, install sinks and disposers, set appliances, and reroute gas or water as required.
Bathrooms: tub-to-shower conversions, spa showers, freestanding tubs, vanities, lighting, quiet exhaust fans, and heated floors. We use proven waterproofing systems, slope and drain correctly, set tile with crack isolation, and install efficient valves and low-flow fixtures.
