About The Owner
Eric Neal, the founder and owner of Enco Plumbing, developed a passion for plumbing at a young age under the guidance of his grandfather, Buck Whitmire. Buck instilled in Eric the importance of using the right tools for the job. Eric’s professional journey began with Milton B. Levy Plumbing, where he envisioned one day running his own plumbing business. His experience grew as he worked with Reeves Plumbing, Don Dooly, and Pearson Tempo, each role expanding his plumbing expertise. Under Charlie Waite of Dial 1 Waite Plumbing, Eric further honed his skills, and he perfected leak detection with TCS Plumbing before launching his own company.
Enco Plumbing, originally Eric Neal Co, was founded in November 1994 with just one van and operations out of Eric’s home. Today, Enco Plumbing is a leading name in the DFW Metroplex, serving high-profile clients such as the Dallas Cowboys, Lincoln Property Management, Perry Guest Company, and Texas Family Fitness. (Thankfully, we don’t have units upstairs…that could have been a nightmare!)
